Delivery and returns

Delivery within Lithuanian territory is free on orders over 50 Eur. Delivery price to most foreign countries will depend on parcel weight and destination country. We use shipment tracking so you will always know the status of your parcel.

Placing an order

After placing an order. you will receive a confirmation of order details. Please make sure you provide correct billing details - your name, surname, address, phone number to receive delivery information.

Delivery information

Express shipping in Lithuania – 1-2 business days.
Lithuanian post to Europe states - 7-14 days, to USA and worldwide – 14-30 days.
Express shipping to Europe states – 1-3 business days, to USA and worldwide – 3-4 business days.

Please note: we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may arise in Buyer’s country.

Delivery in Lithuania and other countries.

Delivery option - Courier:

  • The goods will be delivered to your address in Lithuania within 1-2 working days.
  • Before the delivery of the goods, the Courier will arrange the delivery time convenient for you on the phone indicated in the order.
  • Upon handing the goods to the Courier, we will inform you by SMS and e-mail. by email.
  • Free delivery in Lithuania for orders over €50 and more.

We kindly ask you to fill in the required fields in the order so that the courier can contact you and arrange a convenient delivery time for you. Remember to include your phone number.

Upon delivery, we will ask you to sign a delivery document, to make sure you received the goods.

Delivery to nearest DPD Pickup terminal:

  • To receive the goods at your convenience and pay less for shipping, you can pick up your order from the nearest DPD Pickup delivery point.
  • Delivery fee to self-service DPD terminal € 1,5.
  • Free delivery to DPD Pickup points in Lithuania for orders over €50 and more.
  • When ordering goods, choose the DPD Pickup terminal nearest to you.
  • Parcels are delivered to the terminal within 1-2 business days.
  • Once the shipment is delivered to the terminal of your choice, you will receive shipment short codes via SMS to pick up the shipment.
  • The shipment must be picked up from the terminal within 72 hours of receiving the SMS.

 

Worldwide delivery via Lithuanian Post:

  • Pick up your order from nearest post office.
  • Delivery in Europe within 7-14 days.
  • Delivery to USA and wordwide within 14-30 days.
  • Please proceed to pick up your ordered goods only when received SMS or letter notice.

Return of goods

You can return the item within 14 days in Lithuania. 30 days in foreign countries upon receipt. You can return all items purchased at the MONEJ online store, with exception for custom made accessories and socks (Lithuanian Retail Regulations, Chapter II, Section I).

Returned goods must be:

  • Not worn and without external signs of wear (this item does not apply to the return of defective goods);
  • Packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation;
  • With all original labels on the product and without losing its commercial appearance;

When returning or replacing the item, a proof of sale (invoice, check or proof of payment) must be attached. Remember to fill out a replacement / refund request. On the request you must include your back account number.

You can return the item to us by registered mail (shipping costs will be paid by the buyer) at: Vilma Matulevičienė, Pabūklų g. 24, Narcissus, Kaunas r. 46465. The money will be returned to your bank account within 14 days (Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.362 straipsnis).

During the Christmas period (December 1 to December 31), goods purchased at the online store can be returned until January 15. Goods can be returned by registered mail or delivered to MONEJ studio at: Business center “Dailė”, Jurbarko str. 2A, Kaunas. When returning or replacing the item, a proof of sale (invoice, check or proof of payment) must be attached. Remember to fill out a replacement / refund request. The request must include your bank account number.

 

Product replacement

You can change / replace ordered item within 14 days of receiving the item. You can replace all items purchased at MONEJ Online Store.

The item returned for exchange must be:

  • Not worn and without external signs of wear (this item does not apply to the return of defective goods);
  • Packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation;
  • With all original labels on the product and without losing its commercial appearance;

 

You can exchange the item:

  • Goods can be returned by registered mail or delivered to MONEJ studio at: Business center “Dailė”, Jurbarko str. 2A, Kaunas.
  • You can change only the same model item;
  • To change the product to another model, shape, color or other dimensions, please send to us by registered mail (shipping costs will be paid by the buyer), at: Vilma Matulevičienė, Pabūklų g. 24, Narcissus, Kaunas r. 46465.

The replacement will be delivered to the customer's address within 14 days of receipt. If the seller does not have an eligible item, the money will be returned to the account specified by the buyer within 14 days, in accordance with the instructions Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.362 straipsniu;

In case of price discrepancy:

  • If exchanged for a more expensive item, the customer undertakes to cover the price difference at the time the item is purchased at MONEJ studio or by bank transfer.
  • In the event of an exchange for a cheaper item, MONEJ undertakes to credit the difference to the account specified by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the item.

 

Defective goods

The seller is responsible for any defects in the item that become apparent within two years from the date of purchase. (LR Civilinio kodekso 6.338 dalis)

Your opinion matters! If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you have purchased - by email info@monej.lt or tel. +370 601 55004 (10 am-5pm on weekdays). We will investigate your claim and will respond within 7 days. Claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, check or proof of payment)

If the Customer is not satisfied with MONEJ's final response to the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, they may contact the National Consumer Rights Protection Agency (address: Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, Lithuania, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, phone 852626751, website www.vvtat.lt) in its territorial offices in the counties, or to complete the application form on the EGS platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr/
