Placing an order

After placing an order. you will receive a confirmation of order details. Please make sure you provide correct billing details - your name, surname, address, phone number to receive delivery information.

Delivery information

Delivery in Lithuania in 1-2 business days.
Delivery via Lithuanian Post in European countries - 5-10 business days, USA 5-10 business days, elsewhere - 10-20 business days.
Express delivery in European countries – 1-3 w.d., USA and rest of the world – 3-4 w.d.

Please note: we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may arise in Buyer’s country.

Delivery in Lithuania and other countries.

Delivery option - Courier:

  • The goods will be delivered to your address in Lithuania within 1-2 working days.
  • Before the delivery of the goods, the Courier will arrange the delivery time convenient for you on the phone indicated in the order.
  • After handing over the goods to the Courier, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

We kindly ask you to fill in the required fields in the order so that the courier can contact you and arrange a convenient delivery time for you. Remember to include your phone number.

Delivery to nearest DPD Pickup terminal:

  • To receive the goods at your convenience and pay less for shipping, you can pick up your order from the nearest DPD Pickup delivery point.
  • When ordering goods, choose the DPD Pickup terminal nearest to you.
  • Parcels are delivered to the terminal within 1-2 business days.
  • Once the shipment is delivered to the terminal of your choice, you will receive shipment short codes via SMS to pick up the shipment.
  • The shipment must be picked up from the terminal within 72 hours of receiving the SMS.

Worldwide delivery via Lithuanian Post:

  • Pick up your order from nearest post office.
  • Delivery in European countries within 5-10 business days.
  • Delivery to USA and wordwide within 5-20 business days.
  • Please proceed to pick up your ordered goods only when received SMS or letter notice.

Return of goods

You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. You can return all items purchased at the MONEJ online store, excluding socks and custom made accessories (Lithuanian Retail Regulations, Chapter II, Section I).

Returned goods must be:

  • Not worn and without external signs of wear (this item does not apply to the return of defective goods);
  • Packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation;
  • With all original labels on the product and without losing its commercial appearance;

When returning the product, it is necessary to attach a document proving the sale (invoice, check or payment statement).

Exchange of the product is not possible.

You can return the item by registered mail (shipping costs will be paid by the buyer) at: Vilma Matuleviciene, Pabuklu str. 24, Narcieciai, Kaunas dist. 46465, Lithuania. The money will be returned to your bank account within 14 days (Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

During the Christmas period (from December 1 to December 31), goods purchased before the electronic day can be returned until January 15.

Defective goods
