Terms and conditions
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Rules of the online shop MONEJ (hereinafter referred to as the Shop) (hereinafter
referred to as the Rules) are applicable to the Client when placing an order in the Shop
MONEJ.
1.2. MONEJ is entitled to modify the Rules of the Shop. While making purchases at the
Shop, the Rules applicable at the moment of placing the order (specified to the order)
are applied.
1.3. The Client is not allowed to place an order at the Shop MONEJ, if he has not read
the Rules of the Shop. In all cases, it is considered that the Client has read the Rules
and approves them, if he confirms his approval of the Rules by clicking “I AGREE”
before placing the order of the products. In the cases, where the Client disagrees, in full
or partially, with all or a part of the Rules, he must not place an order at MONEJ online;
otherwise, it is considered that the Client has read and unconditionally accepts all Rules
of the Shop.
1.4. MONEJ is released from any liability in the cases where the loss is incurred as a
result of the fact that the Client, irrespective of the recommendations provided to him
and his obligations, has not read the Rules of the Shop, although such possibility has
been provided.
2. PARTIES AND THEIR CONTACT DETAILS

2.2. Buyer: (Client) a person who visits the website as a potential client or a client
whose visit to the website is not first.
3. PROCEDURE FOR ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
3.1. When visiting the website of the Shop, the Client selects the products that he likes.
The basket of the products is formed on the basis of his selection.
3.2. When the basket of the products is formed, the Client has to enter his details that
are necessary for delivery of the selected products: his name, surname, address to
which the products will be delivered, telephone and any additional information which
may be important for delivery of the ordered products. MONEJ hereby confirms that
any data provided by the Client will be exclusively used for the sale and delivery of the
products without any breach of the requirements related to personal data protection
prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.3. Then the Client has to select one of the payment methods at the Shop MONEJ.
Also, a delivery method is selected from the delivery methods available at MONEJ.
3.4 In the last scree, all data provided by the Client are generated and, before
confirmation thereof, the Client must make sure that all and any provided data are
correct and meet his wishes. The Client is allowed to correct his data before sending
the order to MONEJ. The Client is not allowed to confirm the order until he marks that
he has read and agrees with the Rules of the Shop MONEJ. If the Client has not read
the Rules of the Shop before selection of the products, he must do that before
confirmation of his order and data provided therein.
3.5. When the Client confirms the order, it is sent to MONEJ. The order is deemed to
be placed at the moment of its receipt by MONEJ. Also, it is considered in such case
that a contract between the Client and MONEJ is concluded. However, such contract is
to be performed only from the moment when MONEJ receives a confirmation from the
Client’s bank (when payment on online banking is selected) on payment for the
delivered products; in case of a bank transfer, the contract is to be performed when a
payment is received from the Client; In case of a cash payment upon delivery of the
products or by a card in a self-service terminal, the contract is to be performed from the
moment when the Client confirms his order at the Shop MONEJ.
3.6. When the Client places the order, the system of MONEJ automatically send an e-
mail to the Client where ordered products and details provided by the Client are
specified.
3.7. When MONEJ receives a bank notification stating that the Client has made a
transfer for the products purchased at the Shop, a notification is sent to the Client to the
specified e-mail address. The moment of receipt of the notification is the moment when
performance of the contract between the Client and MONEJ begins.
3.8. The order placed by the Client will be stored in the database of MONEJ in
accordance with the requirements regarding data storing period prescribed by the legal
acts applicable in the Republic of Lithuania.
3.9. In all cases, it is considered that, by placing the order, the Client has read and
unconditionally accepts all Rules of the Shop as well as any other terms and conditions
specified in the order.
3.10. The contract is concluded and performed in the national language.
4. WARRANTIES AND SETTING OF THE PRODUCT PRICES
4.1. General characteristics of each product are provided for each product at the Shop.
4.2. MONEJ states and the Client confirms that he is familiar with the fact that the
colour, form or other parameters of the product specified in the Shop may vary from the
actual size, form and color due to the characteristics of the monitor.
4.3. The Client agrees that, by placing the electronic order in the Shop, he undertakes
to pay the price of the products as specified in the order.
4.5. The prices in the Shop and in the order are indicated in the official national currency
euro, USA doler.
4.6. MONEJ sells the products that comply with the terms and conditions provided in the
order. If the products provided to the Client fail to meet specific requirements of the
order, the Client agrees, first of all, to provide MONEJ with an immediate notification
thereof by telephone of e-mail and the latter undertakes to take all actions in order to
eliminate current defects in case such defects have occurred through the fault of
MONEJ or any third person acting on its behalf. If MONEJ fails to eliminate defects
within a reasonable period of time approved by the Client, the Client shall be entitled to
defend his rights in the procedure prescribed by the Civil Code of the Republic of
Lithuania.
MONEJ liabilities with regard to the products:
4.6.1. MONEJ undertakes to sell the goods that are of proper quality and meet the
requirements specified in the respective order.
4.6.2. MONEJ undertakes to provide the Client with the amount of products specified in
the order. MONEJ will not be liable in the cases where the amount of products is not
exact because it has been indicated incorrectly by the Client in the order submitted to
MONEJ.
4.6.3. In all cases, MONEJ provides the Client with full range of the products that meets
the criteria specified in the Order.
4.6.4. In the cases where a respective set of products is specified in the order, MONEJ
undertakes to provide all items included into the set of products.
4.6.5. Delivered products will be packed by taking account of their nature in order the
products would be suitable for their intended purpose.
5. PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
5.1. The Client shall pay for the ordered products by one of the methods specified in the
Shop MONEJ: bank transfer, online banking, PayPal.
5.2. If the Client selects one of the online payment methods, he undertakes to pay for
the products immediately; if the Client selects to pay for the products upon their
delivery, he undertakes to pay at the time of acceptance of the products. In other
cases, the Client shall lose his right to make claims with regard to the breach of the term
for delivery of the products because the parcel of products under the Client’s order is
formed only upon receipt of payment for the products.
6. RETURN AND CHANGE OF THE PRODUCTS
6.1. The product may be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the
product. All products purchased at online shop MONEJ can be returned.
6.2. The product to be returned should be:
6.2.1. Non worn and without any marks of wearing (this point does not apply for low-
quality products);
6.2.2. Packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation;
6.2.3. With all product labels and good product appearance;
6.2.4. Returning or changing the item must be accompanied by proof of sales (invoice,
check or payment statement). Do not forget to fill in the goods exchange / return
request that you will receive with the goods. Please add your account number in the
application.
6.2.5. It can be sent to us by registered mail (shipping costs are paid by the buyer)

6.3. Change of the product
6.3.4. The product may be changed within 14 days from the day of receipt of the
product. All products purchased at online shop MONEJ can be changed.
6.3.5. The product returned for change should be:
- Non worn and without any marks of wearing (this point does not apply for low-quality
products);
- Packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation;
- With all product labels and good product appearance;
- To change the product to another model, shape, color or other dimension, the
change will be delivered to the address specified by the client within 14 days of
acceptance of the product. If the seller does not have the correct product, the money
will be returned to the account specified by the buyer within 14 days in accordance
with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
- It can be sent to us by registered mail (shipping costs are paid by the buyer);

6.4. In case of price discrepancy:
6.4.1. In case of a change to a more expensive product, the customer undertakes to
cover the price difference.
In case of a change to a cheaper item, MONEJ undertakes to cover the price difference
to the account specified by the client within 14 days of receipt of the products.
6.5. Product defect
6.5.1. The seller is liable for defects in the item that become evident within two years
from the date of purchase of the item. (Section 6.338 of the Civil Code of the Republic
of Lithuania)
6.5.2. Your opinion is important to us! If you are not satisfied with the quality of the
purchased product, write us info@monej.lt. We will analyze your claim and respond
within 14 days. In case of any questions regarding quality of the products, contact us by

6.5.3. If the Client is not satisfied with the final response from the International Bushido
Federation, due to an out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, you may contact
the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (address 25 Vilniaus g., 01402 Vilnius,
Lithuania, e-mail: service@vvtat.lt, phone 852626751, website www.vvtat.lt) in its
territorial subdivisions, or fill out an application form on the EGS platform:

6.5.4. Consumer disputes are settled out of court by the competent State Consumer
Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt)
7. PRODUCT DELIVERY
7.1. The Client may select different methods of Product delivery. Receipt of the product
depends on the service selected by the Client.
7.2. Generally, the products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within
1-3 business days in Lithuania, 1-3 business days in Europe, 3-4 business days
Worldwide with express shipping from the day of receipt of payment for the products
and transportation of the products, if the products are available in the Seller’s
warehouses. The Seller does not guarantee that in all cases the products shall be
delivered within the period specified in the above sentence, especially if the ordered
product is not available in the Seller’s warehouses.
7.3. The exact date and time for product delivery is indicated in the Seller’s notice
provided to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer in his registration
form. Respectively, upon conclusion of the contract of purchase and sale, the Buyer
hereby undertakes to check his e-mail box stated above every say until he receives a
notification related to product delivery.
7.4. Before formation of the order, the Client must check his contact details for
correctness in order to avoid any misunderstandings or late delivery of the Product.
The Seller is not responsible for any misunderstandings or late delivery of the Product, if
late delivery or misunderstanding is a result of inaccurate or incorrect data provided by
the Client during formation of the order.
7.5. If the Product comes to the Client in unsuitable condition or packaging which is not
leakproof, the Client must provide the online shop with a notification by e-
mail info@monej.lt or telephone +37060155004.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The Seller and the Buyer hereby undertake not to disclose any terms and
conditions of this document to any third party with the exception of the state,
governmental and legal authorities that are entitled to receive such information in the
procedure prescribed by laws.
8.2. Any disagreements arising from or related to the contract of purchase and sale
concluded by and between the Buyer and the Seller shall be solved by the means of
negotiations. In case of failure to find an agreement, disagreements shall be solved in
the procedure prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
