Naudodamiesi Duomen\u0173 valdytojo Svetaine , taip pat u\u017esisakydami prekes bei suteikdami Duomen\u0173 valdytojui savo asmens duomenis, J\u016bs sutinkate su \u0161ios Privatumo politikos nuostatomis (i\u0161skyrus d\u0117l duomen\u0173 tvarkymo veiksm\u0173, kuriems reik\u0117s atskiro J\u016bs\u0173 sutikimo). Klientai laikomi susipa\u017ein\u0119 su Privatumo politika, kai registruodamiesi Svetain\u0117je\/klient\u0173 sistemoje po \u0161ios politikos tekstu pa\u017eymi varnel\u0119. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamento (ES) 2016\/679 d\u0117l fizini\u0173 asmen\u0173 apsaugos tvarkant asmens duomenis ir d\u0117l laisvo toki\u0173 duomen\u0173 jud\u0117jimo ir kuriuo panaikinama Direktyva 95\/46\/EB (toliau – Reglamentas), Lietuvos Respublikos asmens duomen\u0173 teisin\u0117s apsaugos \u012fstatymo (toliau – ADTA\u012e), Lietuvos Respublikos elektronini\u0173 ry\u0161i\u0173 \u012fstatymo (toliau – ER\u012e) ir kit\u0173 tiesiogiai taikom\u0173 teis\u0117s akt\u0173, reglamentuojan\u010di\u0173 asmens duomen\u0173 apsaug\u0105, nuostat\u0173, taip pat duomen\u0173 apsaugos prie\u017ei\u016bros institucij\u0173 (Lietuvoje – Valstybin\u0117s duomen\u0173 apsaugos inspekcijos) nurodym\u0173.<\/p>\n

2. Concepts to be used<\/b>
\n2.1. Personal data \u2013 any information about the natural entity whose identity was ascertained or\nthe identity of which can be ascertained (data subject); natural entity, whose identity can be\nascertained, is the person whose identity can be directly or indirectly ascertained, first of all,\naccording to the identifier such as the name and surname, personal identification number,\nlocation data and internet identifier or according to one or several features of physical,\nphysiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural entity.
\n2.2. Data subject \u2013 natural entity \u2013 the customer of the Company (including the visitors of the\nSite) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
\n2.3. Data subject\u2019s consent \u2013 any specific and unambiguous expression of the will of a properly\ninformed data subject provided in a free will in the form of the declaration or unambiguous\nactions to agree with the management of personal data related to him\/her.
\n2.4. Data management \u2013 any operation or sequence of operations performed with personal\ndata sets using the automated or non-automated means, for example, collection, recording,\nsourcing, systemisation, keeping, adaptation or supplementation, correction, familiarisation,\nusage, disclosing by transferring, distributing or making a different possibility to use it, also,\ncomparison or joining with other data, restriction, deletion or destruction.
\n2.5. Data manager \u2013 natural or legal entity, governmental authority, agency or other institution\nwhich manages the personal data on the behalf of the Owner of the data.

\n2.8. Direct marketing \u2013 activity intended for offering the goods to the people via the mail,\ntelephone or another direct way and (or) ask their opinion about the offered goods or services.<\/p>\n

3. Your personal data to be collected<\/b>
\n3.1. The Company collects and further manages Your following personal data which Your\nprovide yourselves when registering and (or) ordering the goods in the Site, or ordering the\ngoods in a different way: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number, data related to\nthe delivery of goods, e.g., the item and its ordering details, invoice numbers, invoicing,\npayment details, information about the agreement or disagreement regarding the personal\ndata management on the purposes of direct marketing, password and any other data which\nYou additionally provide on your own initiative when registering and (or) ordering the goods.
\n3.2. Your personal data, indicated in clause 3.1., is kept during the period of communication of\nYou and the Company (during the order execution) and 10 (ten) years from the end of this\nperiod.
\n3.3. The Company collects and further manages Your following data which You indirectly\nprovide when registering and (or) ordering the services in the Site, i.e. this data is automatically\ncollected from the computers and (or) mobile devices You use when You connect to the Site:\nconnection IP addresses and times, the browser used by the user and its version, websites\nwhich You visited before accessing our Site, data about the usage of services, e.g., data\ncollected by using cookies and similar technologies related to internet browsing, etc.
\n3.4. Your personal data, indicated in clause 3.3., is kept during the period of communication of\nYou and the Company (during the order execution) and, depending on the data, up to one year\nfrom the end of this period. This data can be kept for a longer time if there are other legal\ngrounds for such period of keeping.<\/p>\n

4. The purpose of Your personal data management<\/b>
\n4.1. The Company manages Your aforementioned personal data for the following data\nmanagement purposes: for the processing and administration of the purchasing of goods\n(order), identification of the Company\u2019s customers in the Company\u2019s information systems, when\nregistering in the Site and connecting to own account, for the management of accounting\ndocuments related to service ordering, for communication with You regarding the\naccomplishment of contractual obligations, on purpose of direct marketing (only having the\nadvance consents of the data subjects).<\/p>\n

5. The way Your personal data is managed<\/b>
\n5.1. We guarantee that Your personal data shall be: managed in a lawful, honest and clear way,\ncollected on determined, clearly defined and lawful purposes, and further not managed in an\n\nincompatible manner for those purpose, adequate, suitable and only such which are necessary\nfor reaching the aims for which it is managed (the principle of data amount reduction is\napplied), precise and updated if necessary (the principle of precision is applied), managed in\nsuch manner that, when applying proper technical and organisational means, suitable personal\ndata safety is guaranteed, including the protection from Data management without permission\nor illegal Data management and from unintentional loss, destruction or damage (the principles\nof integrity and confidentiality are applied).<\/p>\n

6. Your data subjects\u2019 rights<\/b>
\n6.1. You have the following data subjects\u2019 rights which we will realize when we get the\napplication from You (via the e-mail: info@monej.lt; via the mail address: Pabuklu str. 24,\nNarsieciai, Kaunas 46465, Lithuania) and after You properly confirm Your identity: to familiarize\nwith Your personal data and how it is managed, to demand correcting the incorrect personal\ndata related to You, also, to demand that Your non-exhaustive personal data is supplemented,\nto demand the Company to delete the personal data related to You if:
\na. it is not necessary for reaching the objectives, for which they were collected or otherwise\nmanaged, any more;
\nb. You cancel the consent and there is no other legal basis for managing Your personal data;
\nc. personal data was managed illegally;
\nd. on other grounds provided in the Regulation; to demand the Company to restrict the\nmanagement of Your personal data, the reception of the personal data related to You and\nprovided by You in the Company-systemised, normally used and computer-read format, not to\nagree with the management of the personal data related to You (e.g., for direct marketing, etc.).
\n6.2. We inform that if You think that Your, as the data subject\u2019s, rights are violated, You can\nprovide the claim to the State Data Protection Inspectorate. 7. The management of the personal data on the purpose of direct marketing?<\/b>
\n7.1. Only when having Your advance consent and following the provisions of the LEC, the LPDLP\nand the Regulation, we shall send You the Company\u2019s newsletters via the e-mail and (or) inquire\nfor the quality of the existing services.
\n7.2. We manage Your following personal data on the purpose of direct marketing: name,\nsurname, e-mail address.
\n7.3. Your personal data is kept on the purpose of direct marketing till your refusal to get the\nnotices of direct marketing.<\/p>\n

8. Who can access Your personal data?<\/b>
\n8.1. The access of the Company\u2019s employees to Your personal data is provided only case of\nnecessity to perform own duties and only after the employee undertakes to follow the\nrequirement of confidentiality.
\n8.2. The Company can provide Your personal data: to data managers who provide services to\nthe Company and manage Your personal data on the Company\u2019s behalf or for Your benefit, to\njudicial institutions when there are grounds for that, to other third parties with Your agreement.
\n8.3. We invite only those data managers which guarantee that suitable technical and\norganizational means are implemented in such manner that data management corresponds to\n\nthe requirements of the Regulation and guarantees the protection of Your, as the data\nsubject\u2019s, rights.
\n8.4. We can note that the above mentioned data managers have the right to manage Your\npersonal data only according to our instructions.
\n8.5. The Data manager cannot invite a different data manager without a preliminary specific or\ngeneral written permission of the Company (data manager).
\n8.6. Your personal data can also be provided when replying to official applications of the state\ninstitutions and court, but only after assuring the lawfulness of these applications.<\/p>\n
