Terms and conditions<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/b>
\n1.1. Rules of the online shop MONEJ (hereinafter referred to as the Shop) (hereinafter\nreferred to as the Rules) are applicable to the Client when placing an order in the Shop\nMONEJ.
\n1.2. MONEJ is entitled to modify the Rules of the Shop.\u00a0 While making purchases at the\nShop, the Rules applicable at the moment of placing the order (specified to the order)\nare applied.
\n1.3. The Client is not allowed to place an order at the Shop MONEJ, if he has not read\nthe Rules of the Shop.\u00a0 In all cases, it is considered that the Client has read the Rules\nand approves them, if he confirms his approval of the Rules by clicking \u201cI AGREE\u201d\nbefore placing the order of the products.\u00a0 In the cases, where the Client disagrees, in full\nor partially, with all or a part of the Rules, he must not place an order at MONEJ online;\notherwise, it is considered that the Client has read and unconditionally accepts all Rules\nof the Shop.
\n1.4. MONEJ is released from any liability in the cases where the loss is incurred as a\nresult of the fact that the Client, irrespective of the recommendations provided to him\nand his obligations, has not read the Rules of the Shop, although such possibility has\nbeen provided.<\/p>\n

2. THE PARTIES AND THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION<\/strong>

\n2.2. Buyer: (customer) is a person who visits the website as a potential or non-first-time customer.<\/p>\n

3. PROCEDURE FOR ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT<\/b>
\n3.1. When visiting the website of the Shop, the Client selects the products that he likes.\u00a0\nThe basket of the products is formed on the basis of his selection.
\n3.2. When the basket of the products is formed, the Client has to enter his details that\nare necessary for delivery of the selected products: his name, surname, address to\nwhich the products will be delivered, telephone and any additional information which\nmay be important for delivery of the ordered products.\u00a0 MONEJ hereby confirms that\nany data provided by the Client will be exclusively used for the sale and delivery of the\nproducts without any breach of the requirements related to personal data protection\nprescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
\n3.3. Then the Client has to select one of the payment methods at the Shop MONEJ.\u00a0\nAlso, a delivery method is selected from the delivery methods available at MONEJ.
\n3.4 In the last scree, all data provided by the Client are generated and, before\nconfirmation thereof, the Client must make sure that all and any provided data are\n\ncorrect and meet his wishes.\u00a0 The Client is allowed to correct his data before sending\nthe order to MONEJ. The Client is not allowed to confirm the order until he marks that\nhe has read and agrees with the Rules of the Shop MONEJ.\u00a0 If the Client has not read\nthe Rules of the Shop before selection of the products, he must do that before\nconfirmation of his order and data provided therein.
\n3.5. When the Client confirms the order, it is sent to MONEJ.\u00a0 The order is deemed to\nbe placed at the moment of its receipt by MONEJ.\u00a0 Also, it is considered in such case\nthat a contract between the Client and MONEJ is concluded.\u00a0 However, such contract is\nto be performed only from the moment when MONEJ receives a confirmation from the\nClient\u2019s bank (when payment on online banking is selected) on payment for the\ndelivered products; in case of a bank transfer, the contract is to be performed when a\npayment is received from the Client; In case of a cash payment upon delivery of the\nproducts or by a card in a self-service terminal, the contract is to be performed from the\nmoment when the Client confirms his order at the Shop MONEJ.
\n3.6. When the Client places the order, the system of MONEJ automatically send an e-\nmail to the Client where ordered products and details provided by the Client are\nspecified.
\n3.7. When MONEJ receives a bank notification stating that the Client has made a\ntransfer for the products purchased at the Shop, a notification is sent to the Client to the\nspecified e-mail address.\u00a0 The moment of receipt of the notification is the moment when\nperformance of the contract between the Client and MONEJ begins.
\n3.8. The order placed by the Client will be stored in the database of MONEJ in\naccordance with the requirements regarding data storing period prescribed by the legal\nacts applicable in the Republic of Lithuania.
\n3.9. In all cases, it is considered that, by placing the order, the Client has read and\nunconditionally accepts all Rules of the Shop as well as any other terms and conditions\nspecified in the order.
\n3.10. The contract is concluded and performed in the national language.<\/p>\n

4. WARRANTIES AND SETTING OF THE PRODUCT PRICES<\/b>
\n4.1. General characteristics of each product are provided for each product at the Shop.
\n4.2. MONEJ states and the Client confirms that he is familiar with the fact that the\ncolour, form or other parameters of the product specified in the Shop may vary from the\nactual size, form and color due to the characteristics of the monitor.
\n4.3. The Client agrees that, by placing the electronic order in the Shop, he undertakes\nto pay the price of the products as specified in the order.
\n4.5. The prices in the Shop and in the order are indicated in the official national currency\neuro, USA doler.
\n4.6. MONEJ sells the products that comply with the terms and conditions provided in the\norder.\u00a0 If the products provided to the Client fail to meet specific requirements of the\norder, the Client agrees, first of all, to provide MONEJ with an immediate notification\n\nthereof by telephone of e-mail and the latter undertakes to take all actions in order to\neliminate current defects in case such defects have occurred through the fault of\nMONEJ or any third person acting on its behalf.\u00a0 If MONEJ fails to eliminate defects\nwithin a reasonable period of time approved by the Client, the Client shall be entitled to\ndefend his rights in the procedure prescribed by the Civil Code of the Republic of\nLithuania.
\nMONEJ liabilities with regard to the products:
<\/b>\n4.6.1. MONEJ undertakes to sell the goods that are of proper quality and meet the\nrequirements specified in the respective order.
\n4.6.2. MONEJ undertakes to provide the Client with the amount of products specified in\nthe order.\u00a0 MONEJ will not be liable in the cases where the amount of products is not\nexact because it has been indicated incorrectly by the Client in the order submitted to\nMONEJ.\u00a0
\n4.6.3. In all cases, MONEJ provides the Client with full range of the products that meets\nthe criteria specified in the Order.
\n4.6.4. In the cases where a respective set of products is specified in the order, MONEJ\nundertakes to provide all items included into the set of products.
\n4.6.5. Delivered products will be packed by taking account of their nature in order the\nproducts would be suitable for their intended purpose.<\/p>\n

5. PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT<\/b>
\n5.1. The Client shall pay for the ordered products by one of the methods specified in the
\nShop MONEJ: bank transfer, online banking, PayPal.
\n5.2. If the Client selects one of the online payment methods, he undertakes to pay for\nthe products immediately; if the Client selects to pay for the products upon their\ndelivery, he undertakes to pay at the time of acceptance of the products.\u00a0 In other\ncases, the Client shall lose his right to make claims with regard to the breach of the term\nfor delivery of the products because the parcel of products under the Client\u2019s order is\nformed only upon receipt of payment for the products.<\/p>\n

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES<\/strong>
\n6.1. You can return the item within 30 days upon receipt. You can return all goods purchased in the MONEJ online store, with the exception of socks and custom-made goods.
\n6.2. Returned goods must be:<\/strong>
\n6.2.1. Not worn and without external signs of wear (this item does not apply to the return of defective goods);
\n6.2.2. Packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation;
\n6.2.3. With all original labels on the product and without losing its commercial appearance;
\n6.2.4. When returning the product, it is necessary to write a message by e-mail info@monej.lt and indicate the number of the document proving the sale (invoice, check or payment statement), write the reason for the return and indicate your bank account number.
\n6.2.5. Ship by registered mail (shipping costs are paid by the buyer)

\n6.3. Product exchange<\/strong>
\n6.3.1. Products are not exchangeable.
\n6.4. Product defect<\/strong>
\n6.4.1. The seller is responsible for product defects that become apparent within 6 months. from the date of purchase of the item. (Part 6.338 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania)
\n.4.2. Your opinion is important to us! If you are not satisfied with the quality of the purchased item, write info@monej.lt<\/a>. We will examine your claim and provide an answer within 5 days. When submitting a claim, you must attach a document proving the purchase (invoice, check or payment statement), photos of the product. For questions about product quality, contact tel. no. +370 601 55004 (weekdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
\n6.4.3. If the Client is not satisfied with the final answer of MONEJ, regarding the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, he can apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (address Vilniaus st. 25, 01402 Vilnius, Lithuania, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt<\/a>, phone 852626751, website www.vvtat.lt<\/a>) in its territorial offices in the counties, or to complete the application form on the EGS platform: http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/odr\/<\/a>
\n6.4.4. The State Consumer Rights Protection Service (25 Vilniaus St., 01402 Vilnius,\u00a0www.vvtat.lt<\/a>)<\/p>\n

7. DELIVERY OF GOODS<\/strong>
\n7.1. The customer can choose various methods of delivery of the Product. The receipt of the product depends on the service chosen by the Customer.
\n7.2. Usually, the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 1-2 working days in Lithuania, within 5-10 business days in Europe, 5-20 business days worldwide from receipt of payment for goods and transportation of goods, except for individual orders. The seller does not guarantee that the goods will be delivered within the period specified in the previous sentence in all cases, especially if the ordered goods are manufactured individually. Attention! During the Christmas period, the delivery time may take 1-2 days longer than the usual delivery time (1-3 working days).
\n7.3. The exact date and time of delivery of the goods is specified in the e-mail notification provided by the Seller to the Buyer to the postal address specified by the Buyer in the registration form. Accordingly, the Buyer, having entered into a purchase and sale agreement, undertakes to check the aforementioned e-mail every day mailbox, until a notification about the delivery of the goods is received.
\n7.4. Before placing an order, the Customer must check the accuracy of the provided contact information to avoid misunderstandings or delays in delivering the Product. The Seller is not responsible for misunderstandings or delays in delivering the Product, if the delay or misunderstandings were caused by inaccurate or incorrect data provided by the Customer when placing the order.
\n7.5. In the event that the Product reaches the Customer in an unsuitable condition or in a package that is not sealed, the Customer must inform about this by e-mail info@monej.lt<\/a>\u00a0or by phone +37060155004.<\/p>\n

8. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/b>
\n8.1. The Seller and the Buyer hereby undertake not to disclose any terms and\nconditions of this document to any third party with the exception of the state,\ngovernmental and legal authorities that are entitled to receive such information in the\nprocedure prescribed by laws.
\n8.2. Any disagreements arising from or related to the contract of purchase and sale\nconcluded by and between the Buyer and the Seller shall be solved by the means of\n\nnegotiations.\u00a0 In case of failure to find an agreement, disagreements shall be solved in\nthe procedure prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
